Aimed at dancers aged 6+, this workshop will focus on PIROUETTES! What are the most important ingredients? How do you analyse your own turns? Exactly what do you practice to increase your turns instantly? If you thought you knew how to spot, think again! Dr. Lisa will take the dancers on an expedition to explore their strengths and weaknesses in their turns and to target their problem areas with single minded precision! If your dancer wants to improve their pirouettes, turns in second or kick turns, then this is the class for them!

This workshop is designed to teach dancers how to fly! Back by popular demand - students all over the world have been desperate to learn how the DANCE PRESCRIPTION athletes have achieved such absolutely incredible jumps! We're talking side leaps, tilt jumps, firebirds and so many more! Workshop participants will not only learn how to execute each leap safely but also learn the strengthening exercises used to condition DANCE PRESCRIPTION dancers so their muscles are ready and firing when they need them! Step by step, Dr. Lisa will teach your dancers how to fly higher than they ever imagined!
